We are seeking skilled Traveler Support Counselors to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our travelers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound service calls, assisting customers with reservation changes, tour itineraries, payments, and inquiries
• Advise, book, and update airline reservations using code-based software
• Communicate detailed information to travelers about our products and policies
• Work effectively as an individual while maintaining a positive team spirit
• Demonstrate the ability to balance company values, key result areas (KRAs), and performance goals

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a call center environment
• Proven track record of working in a remote call center setting
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems

Remote Work Requirements:
• A hardwired internet connection (Wi-Fi not acceptable)
• A reliable telephone service through landline or VOIP
