We seek an individual with a keen eye for storytelling through video editing. The ideal candidate will be adept at understanding and navigating YouTube's ever-evolving landscape, ensuring our content not only entertains but also engages and grows our audience.

This particular role is supporting one of our Los Angeles based channel managers, so local candidates only. We are unlikely to respond to applications without a covering letter and examples of your work.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Video Production: Edit raw footage into compelling, high-quality videos for our YouTube channel, focusing on narrative flow and visual appeal.
  • Trend Analysis: Keep abreast of YouTube trends, audience analytics, and platform updates to tailor our content strategy effectively.
  • Visual and Audio Enhancement: Apply visual effects, transitions, graphics, and audio enhancements to create standout videos.
  • Asset Management: Efficiently organize and manage video resources for quick and effective content delivery.
  • Compilation Editing: Master the art of creating engaging compilation videos from talent show performances.

 

Requirements

    • Editing Proficiency: Must possess exceptional video editing skills with the capability to produce 2-10 videos daily in a high-speed environment.
    • Adaptability: Comfortable with rapid changes and able to pivot quickly; a true team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
    • Growth Mindset: Committed to personal and team development, always looking to push the boundaries of what's possible in video content creation.
    • Experience using Adobe Premiere
