Job Description: Wayfair Chat Service Agent – Remote

As a Chat Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers through online chat. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers through online chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues related to their orders, products, and services.
2. Utilize product knowledge and resources to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
