Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist customers with order placements, tracking, cancellations, and returns for Zomato or Flipkart services.
  • Educate customers about product features, promotions, and policies to enhance their overall experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.

Requirements:
