We are a boutique firm that provides high end, white glove legal representation to clients being charged with criminal offenses anywhere in the state of Texas. Our firm is suited to handling any criminal offense, no matter how large or small; anything from petty theft to murder. We are looking for a Legal Assistant who can support the attorneys by drafting and filing legal documents, reviewing evidence, and contacting clients as well as official court staff on behalf of the firm. The candidate will also be responsible for billing and admin tasks, customer-related duties, and creating and sending invoices.

Requirements

  • We are seeking candidates with highly effective English communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure successful collaboration with our diverse team and stakeholders.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the BPO customer service industry is required. Experience in billing and invoicing is a plus.
  • Candidates must have their own laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, high-speed internet, and a backup connection. They must also be amenable to working night shifts and overtime.

 

This is an established firm that has extensive experience working with individuals in long term 40+ hour full time capacity.  We will view this team member as a crucial piece of the team and will provide the needed training to get up to speed quickly.
