Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Must be flexible to work night shifts ranging from 6pm - 12am after training.

Training will be completed within 3 days (It will start at 9am on the first day, 1pm for the following 2 days of Training)

Experience level:

  • 1 year customer service background
  • 6 months Call Center experience

Requirements:*

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work from home
  • USB Headset

· You must have your own Computer equipment (Computer, Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse, etc.) provided by the agent meeting the following requirements: a. Processor: 2 Ghz or faster, i5 minimum b. 8GB of RAM minimum but 16GB preferred

· Windows 10 (64Bit) or newer with current OS patches (last15days); or Windows 10 32bit

  • Must pass pre-employment testing
  • Background verification must be completed prior to Training.
