Job Description

Are you a dynamic and motivated sales professional with a passion for technology and mobile devices? We are seeking to grow our Comcast Xfinity Services Sales Consultant team. In this role, you will use your past sales experience and be responsible for driving sales growth through outbound cold calling and lead generation. You will play a crucial role in expanding our mobile product offerings to small and mid-sized businesses. This position is virtual, requiring self-motivation and a drive to exceed goals. Your success will directly impact our team's growth and success.


 

**This role is available to candidates living in the states of New Hampshire, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, D.C and parts of Virginia.**


 

Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales through outbound cold calling and lead follow-up, focusing on mobile device solutions for small and mid-sized businesses.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and achieve targeted customer experience metrics.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, using strong organizational, communication, and listening skills.
  • Consult with business customers to understand their mobile device needs, solicit referrals, and close web leads.
  • Collaborate with field sales to refer complex opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly, striving for first-call resolution and escalating when necessary.
  • Update and maintain the prospect database and opportunity funnel daily.
  • Manage multiple activities simultaneously, including customer interactions and using various software applications for research and documentation.
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Be flexible to work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in outbound sales.
  • Proven ability to manage a sales funnel, prospect, and cold call effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Aggressive closer with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Mobile sales experience strongly preferred.

Compensation:

  • Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): Up to $28.55/hr.
  • Significant earning potential for those who exceed sales targets.
