About the position

The Sr. Technical Program Manager in the Jobs Domain Infrastructure team at Amazon is responsible for leading and managing complex technical programs that support the workforce of over 3 million employees. This role involves creating and executing mechanisms to prioritize roadmaps, drive transparency, and improve execution efficiency across multiple software teams. The position requires strong communication skills to deliver updates to VP-level stakeholders and a focus on fostering a culture of innovation within the team.

 

Responsibilities

Create and execute mechanisms to prioritize roadmaps and drive transparency across stakeholders.

Negotiate priorities and anticipate bottlenecks while providing escalation management.

Deliver communication to VP level stakeholders and leaders.

Drive a culture of innovation and encourage teams to find new solutions to problems.

Build consensus and define architectural strategies across Director level organizations.

Define and track success metrics for cross-organizational programs.

Requirements

5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
