Specialist II, Paid Media, Men's & Brand Initiatives Id-2796

We’re looking for a specialist in Integrated Media to join our Nike Field of Play team. You’ll be responsible for shaping Nike’s paid media strategy and driving awareness and conversions.

 

As the Specialist for Integrated Media - Men’s, you’ll be part of the EMEA Marketing team. Your mission? To bring ideas to life by connecting creative storytelling with paid media. You’ll work closely with internal teams like Brand Management, Digital, Creative, and Comms. As well as teams in Global and Key Cities. Plus, you’ll collaborate with external partners like media agencies, media platforms, creative partners, and technology vendors. The role reports into the Director of Integrated Media for Men, which is one of five teams within Integrated Media in EMEA.

 

We create campaigns that hit the whole marketing funnel, from big brand moments like the Olympics to search campaigns for our new running shoes. You’ll work across all types of media and always need to be innovative and creative, but you’ll never forget to deliver on your goals.

 

If you’ve got 3+ years of experience in paid media, excellent communication and relationship management skills, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to adapt quickly to change, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Qualifications:

  • 3+ years Marketing experience in relevant Brands and/or Agencies.
  • Deep Paid Media experience required across online and offline media channels.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns and managing media/creative production agencies.
  • Experience working with budget tracking tools.
  • Strong ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong collaborator and great flexibility to support the team on different activations.
  • Skilled at translating strategic priorities into tactical actionable plans and adjusting communication for various audiences.
  • Deep understanding of the media landscape and emerging trends.

 

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

 

As the Integrated Media Specialist, you will work in close collaboration with the Integrated Media Leads and Director on shaping Nike’s paid media strategy to align with brand and business objectives, driving awareness and conversion.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Integrated Media Leads on planning, executing, and reporting of seasonal paid media campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Build strong relationships with the EMEA Men’s Marketing team, City teams and Global Integrated Media team to align tactical media executions.
  • Stay current on media trends through industry events and partner meetings and share findings internally to fuel inspiration.
  • Foster collaboration by actively engaging in regular workshops and syncs across cross-functional teams.
  • Embed inclusivity in every project by incorporating diverse perspectives in creative and media activations.
