Senior Financial Analyst

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will help ensure proper development of budgets and forecasts, conduct financial modeling exercises, and drive strategic financial planning efforts to support Tithe.ly's long-term growth goals.
Primary Responsibilities of the Role


  • Develop comprehensive financial models with techniques inclusive of revenue, margin, and operating costs analyses


  • Build relationships and partner with cross-functional stakeholders, influencing and promoting learning in others through technical explanations and proactively providing information


  • Responsible for weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting and updates to management team. Maintaining KPIs with an emphasis on budget variance analysis reporting


  • Present and deliver results of research and analysis. Communicate complex financial data to non-financial leaders within Tithely


  • Provide key support to the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting projects assigned to business areas including variance analysis and sensitivity testing


  • Assist with selective month end accounting close and operational reporting duties


  • Assist with data extraction, reporting and analytics from company's credit card processing platform


  • Advance the understanding of Tithely's KPIs and financial levers to drive further accountability and focus within the organization

Technical Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from prestigious university
  • 3+ years of progressive financial experience in FP&A or other corporate finance setting
  • High aptitude for problem-solving utilizing modeling and analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems (such as Sage Intacct/Oracle Net Suite)
  • Advanced project management skills (organization, prioritization, goal setting, execution, accountability)
Preferred:
  • Previous SaaS experience
  • Experience working with large databases
  • Previous experience at a top tier professional services organization
  • Experience in private equity-backed companies
  • MBA/CPA a plus
Office Requirements:
  • We are a fully distributed team (100% remote) with travel required 1-2 times per year.
  • A stable work environment with a designated workspace and access to high-speed internet.
  • US-based and legally able to work full time in the US. Sponsorships are not available at this time.
