Responsibilities

  • Provide resolution to maintain standards of quality in content moderation.
  • Review content and apply prescribed guidelines to provide appropriate resolution.
  • Recognize trends and patterns in content and raise any timely concerns.
  • Provide insights and suggestions to improve user support.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of processes and policies.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications
