As an Applications Administrator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our internal banking systems! What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assess the Need: Partner with end-users to understand their business requirements and recommend the right tech solutions.

  • Troubleshoot & Resolve: Be the technical superhero when it comes to troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with vendors to make things happen.

  • Upgrade & Optimize: Keep our systems updated, from applying patches to testing new releases, ensuring optimal performance.

  • Hands-On Tech: Manage internal app servers, authentication servers, and communication gateways—maintaining security and functionality.

  • Support & Train: Provide technical support for employees and guide them through system usage, ensuring smooth workflows.

  • Test & Validate: Lead system testing and validation for new features, products, and configuration updates.

  • Communicate Like a Pro: Keep everyone in the loop with important updates—whether it’s a system change or an upcoming patch.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Education: Associate's degree in Computer Science (or related field) or 2+ years of equivalent work experience.

  • Experience:

    • 3+ years as an Application Administrator.

    • 2+ years of Help Desk experience.

    • Experience with banking operations, branch services, or lending is a big plus.

  • Skills:

    • Proficient in Windows operating systems, virtualization, and security practices.

    • Solid knowledge of SQL, application configuration, and software implementation.

    • Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly identify and solve problems.

    • Strong communication skills—you can explain tech to anyone (even those who aren’t tech-savvy)!

    • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and stay calm under pressure.
