Position Summary

As our Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs on cable assembly processes, troubleshooting, IPC-620, JSTD, and Space Addendum certifications. You will be responsible for ensuring all students adhere to company and customer quality standards while fostering a positive learning environment.

Are You Our Next ACE?

  • Must perform training across both 1st and 2nd shifts. Ranging from 6:00am to 2:00pm for 1st shift and 2:00pm - 10:00pm for 2nd shift
  • Develop basic and advanced technical content on a wide variety of materials for electrical, mechanical, chemical, and control systems
  • Deliver technical training courses in classroom and field settings using various presentation formats including Instructor Led, Facilitative group learning, active hands-on learning, and functional assessments
  • Provide comprehensive tracking of each Student’s completed and required training
  • Provide on-shift training support for production associates and production line leadership, as required
  • Support the Company’s mission, vision, values, and goals in performance of daily activities
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize in a highly dynamic production environment
  • Innovative, flexible, and positive teaching style combined with understanding the needs of students from diverse backgrounds
  • You must have outstanding communication, presentation, and organizational skills while demonstrating a positive, motivational, and professional appearance.
  • You will collaborate with all respective departments in a way that leads by example, holds people accountable, and utilizes data to make informed decisions.
  • Have an open collaborative style: the ability to work both in a team environment and autonomously with minimal supervision or direction
  • You will leverage your experience in production operations, adult learning principles, and process optimization to support operational excellence.
  • You will take responsibility for developing training campaigns to optimize productivity and promote employee retention through continuous development.
  • You will provide support to students and fellow staff members, work in a production setting providing hands-on instruction with safety in mind, keep accurate records of student achievement, and have the ability to maintain discipline in a classroom setting.
  • Work with Safety, Quality, Human Resources, and Production departments to set the standard for excellence across the organization.

Pay Transparency

Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is $70,000- $100,000 (DOE) per year. Exact salary will be contingent upon your experience, education, skills, and any other factors Winchester Interconnect Corporation considers relevant to the hiring decision.
