Job Description

Develop strategy with the marketing team and implement across multiple media channels including paid search, display video and social platforms to achieve overall business and marketing goals. Develop, execute, and optimize content partnership programs from conception to launch including managing all aspects of campaign configuration, launch and optimization. Act as a strategic partner between creative marketing leads and agencies to develop creative, effective and holistic paid media strategies and tactics. Serve as point of contact for media agency and publishers and liaise between agency, internal media planning lead and brand marketing teams on the development of digital media plans. Assist creative team with ad creation through copy writing and strategic direction. Ensure campaigns are meeting clearly defined conversion objectives and implement rigorous A/B testing and tracking to drive campaign optimization.

Job Qualifications
6+ years of paid media experience with a concentration on paid media strategy, execution and reporting

Experience managing an internal team geared towards planning, executing, and measuring paid media campaigns

Understanding of past and current digital marketing and technology trends

Deep knowledge and passion for technology, digital marketing, and innovation
