Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Physician Recruiter to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in physician recruitment who are passionate about enhancing healthcare operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update comprehensive physician records, including profile instructions, fee schedules, doctor groups, activation and deactivation statuses, and W9 remit-to changes.
  • Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new physicians, ensuring all administrative tasks related to panel maintenance are efficiently managed.
  • Negotiate contract terms and costs within established parameters.
  • Recruit and oversee physicians in targeted regions with a focus on specialized needs, such as Independent Medical Examination (IME) services.
  • Address necessary licensing and certification requirements for physicians.
  • Source and fulfill urgent service requests while providing daily updates on progress.
  • Contribute to special projects and perform additional duties as required based on business needs.

Required Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of physician networks, recruitment strategies, medical specialties, and relevant terminology.
  • Familiarity with compliance guidelines at both state and federal levels.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
