Position Summary:
Compass Travel Co is seeking a Flight Scheduling Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating flight schedules and assisting with travel arrangements for our clients. If you have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with scheduling and booking flights for clients based on their preferences and travel itineraries.
• Coordinate flight schedules, including connecting flights, layovers, and seat assignments, to ensure seamless travel experiences.
• Communicate with airlines and other travel partners to secure bookings, confirmations, and updates for clients’ flights.
• Provide assistance and support to clients regarding flight changes, cancellations, and other travel-related inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of flight bookings, expenses, and client information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient processing of flight schedules and travel arrangements.
