Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. Additionally, the Customer Support Manager will handle debt collections and overdue payments for delinquent customers.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of remote customer support representatives
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues
- Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Manage debt collections and overdue payments for delinquent customers
