Job Overview

We are in search of a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our esteemed PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) team. This full-time, remote position provides an excellent opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of older adults while working within a collaborative and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

  • Active and unrestricted RN license in California.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and collaboration within a team.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with wound care, IVs, phlebotomy, and colostomy/ileostomy care is a plus.
  • CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with older adults or patients with complex medical needs is preferred.
  • Alzheimer’s certification is desirable (and can be obtained post-hire).
  • Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits.
  • Nursing degree from an accredited program.
