Overview: We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. This is an excellent opportunity to work in the hospitality industry and contribute to the success of our hotel. Duties: - Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor upon arrival - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Assist with reservations and room assignments - Maintain accurate guest records and handle cash transactions - Conduct night audit procedures to ensure accuracy of financial transactions - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member - Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area Requirements: - Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting - Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively - Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for reservations and guest services - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are highly desirable but not required Join our team as a Front Desk Agent and enjoy a rewarding career in the hospitality industry.
