HOME HEALTH MEDICAL CODERS (US-BASED) ID-8831

We are seeking experienced Home Health Medical Coders (US-Based) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home health coding and OASIS review, with a deep understanding of compliance and accuracy in medical coding. This role requires attention to detail, proficiency in industry-specific software, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of routine coding and OASIS review in a home health setting

Certifications:

  • Coding Certification (BCHH-C or HCS-D required)
  • OASIS Certification (COS-C, COQS, or HCS-O required)

 Technical Skills: Experience with at least two of the following: WellSky, Axxess, Devero, MatrixCare.
 Education: Bachelor’s degree in a medical allied field (RN preferred but not required).
 Technical Requirements:

  • High-speed internet connection
  • Independent and reliable PC or laptop

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in home health coding or home health and hospice coding
  • Additional Medical Coding and OASIS certifications are a plus
