Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Virtual Assistant with a strong background in short-term vacation rentals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com and be familiar with various Property Management Software (PMS) commonly used in the short-term rental industry. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations, managing bookings, and ensuring that guest communications run smoothly. This is a full-time remote position with the opportunity to work with a growing team in the short-term rental industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Booking Management: Manage reservations across multiple platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com) ensuring accuracy, timely responses, and prompt guest communication.
• Guest Communication: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction from booking to checkout.
• Calendar & Availability Management: Update and manage property availability across all booking platforms, ensuring accurate pricing and availability settings.
• Property Management Software (PMS): Utilize PMS systems to manage booking details, guest profiles, check-in/check-out processes, and automate certain tasks as needed (e.g., Guesty, Hostaway, etc.).
• Listing Optimization: Assist with listing management, including creating and updating listings, uploading photos, writing descriptions, and ensuring that properties are accurately represented across all platforms.
• Guest Experience Coordination: Help manage guest reviews, ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs, and coordinate any special requests or additional services.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records of bookings, revenue, and other metrics to assist with reporting and performance analysis.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including managing emails, scheduling, and task organization.
• Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise during the booking or guest experience process, including handling cancellations, disputes, or other service-related issues.

Requirements:
• Experience in Short-Term Vacation Rentals: At least 1-3 years of experience managing or assisting with short-term vacation rentals, including hands-on use of platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com.
• Familiarity with Property Management Software (PMS): Experience with PMS tools like Hostaway and Guesty, or similar systems is strongly preferred.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, team members, and property owners via email, phone, or messaging platforms.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and platforms efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with a variety of software tools and systems; familiarity with productivity tools like Google Suite, and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Hubstaff, Google Drive).
• Problem-Solving Ability: Able to think on your feet, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems quickly, especially in a customer-facing role.
