Job Description:
At Training Mate, our primary aim is to be the highlight of our clients' day! As a Front Desk receptionist, you'll play a pivotal role in achieving this goal by:

  • Warmly welcoming clients and ensuring smooth check-ins for classes.
  • Maintaining regular communication with members to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Upholding the cleanliness and presentation standards of our studio at all times.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensuring equipment is reset and cleaned before and during classes.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as responding to emails, folding towels, and restocking supplies.
  • Serving as a sales associate for memberships and class packs.
  • Participating in studio events to engage with our community.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven exceptional customer service experience.
  • Previous experience in a fitness setting is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work weekday mornings (6am-1pm).
  • Willingness to work weekday evenings (4pm-9pm).
  • Willingness to work weekend mornings (7am-1pm).
