Compensation:$87,300 - $167,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Conduct consultations with clients residing to assess their life insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions for securing their financial future.
- Present a range of life insurance products to help clients choose coverage that meets their goals.
- Educate clients on the importance of life insurance and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow the client base through referrals, local events, and engagement on social media platforms.
- Build strong client relationships by providing continuous service and adapting to their evolving needs.
- Achieve personal sales targets ethically while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and mentorship programs to enhance skills and progress in the field of life insurance.
- Collaborate with a supportive team of agents and mentors to share ideas and contribute to collective success.
- Comprehensive training is provided specifically for the insurance industry, making prior experience unnecessary.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a college degree is beneficial but not mandatory.
