Pay Rate: $18 -$20/hr.

Duration: 6 -7 months contract


Position Overview: The Customer Service Support 1 – Customer Enabling role involves supporting routine customer enabling activities within the order management process. You will help execute well-established customer service tasks related to order intake, confirmation, processing, and fulfillment. In this role, you will assist in optimizing internal processes to promote a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying potential obstacles in the order management internal process and collaborate with other teams and customer-facing representatives to take corrective actions as directed.
  • Keep internal stakeholders informed on order status and any issues.
  • Support the generation of order-related documents as outlined in established processes.
  • Resolve simple administrative or clerical process issues by following predefined procedures related to order confirmation, processing, and fulfillment.
  • Confirm customer orders by verifying credit, contract, pricing, stock allocation, and transportation availability.
  • Follow standard procedures to update order status, invoices, and contract balances, sharing the necessary information with customer-facing customer service representatives.
  • Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical, or customer support issues under general supervision, escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, secondary education level, or equivalent.
  • Two years of related work experience.
