Position Overview

We are currently seeking Remote Customer Support Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will provide outstanding service to Costco members by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering guidance on Costco’s products and services—all from the comfort of your home office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Member Assistance: Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, or live chats from members seeking product information, order assistance, or service details.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve concerns related to online orders, membership accounts, billing, or technical issues.
  • Communication: Provide clear and concise explanations, follow up on unresolved issues, and maintain effective communication with both members and internal teams.
  • Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions, updates, and resolutions in the internal customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Policy Adherence: Stay informed about Costco’s policies, promotions, and procedures to offer accurate information.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant coursework is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail environment preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with computers, online chat tools, and CRM platforms. A reliable high-speed internet connection and a home office setup are essential.
