This role requires attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests across global teams.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, anticipate challenges, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the whole picture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendar scheduling across multiple and global locations.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Oversee expense report coordination and submission.
- Organize, execute, and assist with team activities.
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on action items.
- Act as a liaison for direct reports.
- Manage team space, including moves and reconfigurations.
- Understand business priorities and proactively look for ways to improve processes to create efficiency and scale.
- Review and copy-edit documents, communications, and presentations with accuracy.
- Support and manage small to medium projects based on organizational needs and professional development interests.
- Build relationships and work collaboratively with Executive Assistants throughout the team and across the company.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of senior level leadership support experience.
- Experience with executive level calendar management.
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
